Rental Requirements
All renters must hold a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle rented. Minimum age for rental is typically 18 years, but this may vary depending on local regulations and vehicle type.

Booking and Payment
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and online payment platforms. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start time may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be refunded.

Insurance and Coverage
Basic insurance is included in all rentals. Optional additional coverage may be available for purchase to reduce liability in case of accident or damage. Renters are responsible for any damages not covered by insurance.

Use of Vehicle
Vehicles must be used in accordance with local traffic laws and road safety regulations. The renter is responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal fees incurred during the rental period.

Fuel Policy
Vehicles are generally provided with a full tank and must be returned the same way. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, refueling charges may apply.
